The staff were very nice and informative! So friendly! You’d think that being in a different building might be unsafe or inconvenient because the front desk is not there but none of that applied! Felt very safe and they had the QR code to reach the front desk. The only thing is that I couldn’t call room to room (our phones were not compatible) so it’d be nice if there was a phone line within the rooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, I would def go again and recommend this place! One of the staff even let us eat at their dining area! And another staff helped us for a day trip!
The ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly. They took their time explaining how to get from point A to point B while showing us on the map. Excellent customer service.
The property was ideally located for bars, restaurants and walking for sightseeing
1 night stay
Lovely hotel for a short stay
I thought was actually 4* and for me that hotel is not ! Is 3* ,they don’t have room service ,not even restaurant or a bar ! It was really depressing experience, and the worst hotel I have been in my entire life
We have enjoyed staying here several times and will continue to do so on our future trips to France.
The hotel is located in convenient area. My room is very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly.
Good location close to metro
aaaa
Hotel was convenient to transportation. Staff was friendly.
Excellent space, close to everything in montmartre area.
It was a long walk from the street and to carry a fifty pound suitcase and a personal bag it was exhausting for a woman over 65 in good shape.
This hotel is in a great location. The rooms itself are a bit small, but clean. The hotel is average.
Everything was very nice and accommodating, our only complain was the city stayed very loud all night.
Nice staff clean room and good location
Clean our room was large and well appointed! Front desk staff were awesome!
There could be more breakfast options
Lovely hotel with really helpful staff
Good food around and some small shops in every direction. A lot of “adult” shops and clubs in the area so not a complaint or surprise just something that some folks (for better or worse) may like to know. The room keys had to inexplicably (and with no recompense or acknowledgment) be reprogrammed every night- very frustrating after a long day when you are ready to crash. Overall, good value place that was a comfortable hub from which to explore.
I stayed here with my 3 kids and unfortunately my daughter got sick. The staff was so caring and helped me with her. One staff member even went to the pharmacy for us. As a single mom, I really appreciate that. Before she got sick, we had a pleasant time. I think it’s a good hotel and reasonably priced. Even though we had a great time, I do few the neighborhood is more for young couples, or single people.
Very comfortable, we had a great interconnecting room for our family. Excellent location
Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and all the necessary amenities.
Good place to stay at .
Not provide a proper way to pull heavy luggage to reception. No supported for old people to carry big luggage
Positives : staff amazing…very helpful. Very clean hotel. Not so positives: Change rooms due to electrical socket blowing up. Wifi non-existent. Poor bed mattress…could feel the springs. No bottled water available had to buy your own. Kettle did not work. No hotel phone in the rooms which was scary when the lights went out due to socket blowing up.
5 minutes to station , less than 3 minutes to all restaurant
Staff was very friendly/accommodating and the location was great! The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast every morning.
I was assigned to one of the two rooms that is off to the side of the main building. It feels like a motel setup. Its a single bedroom studio. Found mosquito in the room. Also, after room cleaning, they always pulled open the windows curtain and anyone outside walk-by can see my stuff inside. I wouldn't considered the hotel four stars based on my room.
Beautiful property, clean and safe location. Easy walking access to shops and sites. Comfortable beds and lovely rooms.
The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel has a four star rating, however the building and the room we stayed are basic with minimum amenities.
The hotel itself was fine, but I felt unsafe in this area of Paris with my daughter. We checked out after just one night.
Our room was a little larger than the small rooms we're used to getting in Europe. Very clean hotel all around. Within walking distance of Pigalle. Wall are a bit thin, so activity in the morning was noticable
Nice hotel set back from the road far enough away from the Moulin Rouge that it isn't affected by the sleaze. Good breakfast including eggs and bacon, but very limited storage space in the room - a cupboard with four hangers and a tiny shelf, but no drawers to unpack into for a week's stay. Staff friendly and helpful.
All over is good
The property do not have any lift, not a good thing when tracking from overseas with 4 pieces of baggage….Also, the air conditioning was not working
Need more improvement
Location met our need but room was not clean. Moles in the bathroom and sheet felt not clean when checked in Breakfast check in counter gentleman was very cold, so smiling and looked angry, upset from day one
spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet , in the middle of a vibrant area (and close to my fave cafés) . Recommend!
Wonderful hotel.
This is a really lovely hotel, good location 4 min walk to Blanch Metro. Is gated down a quiet street. Much bigger room than I’d expected. Great shower and comfy bed. Blackout curtains. Breakfast was superb. Cereals, breads delicious warm loaves / pastries, jam butter cheeses, yoghurts, ham, salami, bacon & scrambled eggs, salad items and fresh fruit. The juices are good quality as was the coffee/ cappuccino/ hot chocolate from the machine.definitely something for everyone..
Good location
cumple, buen descanso
bueno para familias por esquemas de cuarto amplio y doble baño en la cuadruple, ubicación regular, cumple.
Hotel generally is comfortable for a short stay. Not sure I can enjoy a long stay given the very basic breakfast, cramp shower and very noisy/narrow lift. It is accessible to many restaurants
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights (2 parents and 2 kids) and had a great time!! the rooms were super clean and well kept, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and the location is amazing!! really close to the metro and buses, close to restaurants and pubs, with a vibrant atmosphere yet quiet at night time. We had the best holiday in Paris, and we definitely recommend Timhotel Opera Blanche Fontaine to any of friends and family!
We did need or want a hotel that we were going to spend time in as we only had 2 days to sightsee and get about Paris. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were awesome and it was ideally placed for our night at the Moulin Rouge. Overall I was really pleased with everything.
Nice Breakfast. Very spacious bathroom!
Surprisingly good
Went to Paris for the weekend, and booked Timhotel at the last minute. Overall, I was very happy with the hotel. I'm already used to the usual poor condition of the "cheap" hotels in the city, and Timhotel was a pleasant surprise: very clean, polite and receptive staff, quiet (despiste the noisy location), and with good service in general. I would book again. Side note, the elevator is very small and old, so I would recommend asking for a lower level room. Also, the parking is small, and can be full. Although there is a good alternative nearby, I would recommend booking it in advance.
3 stars at the most
Sketchy location. The room doesn’t look like the pictures and the hotel needs serious renovation.
Loved hotel right next to moulin rouge, lots of little cafe and places to eat nearby!! 10-20 minute taxi to all of places we toured. There is a fantastic crepe store across from hotel. Only issue was not a lot of amenities.
Pleasant atmosphere, all staff very friendly and helpful.
It was large and centrally located but still quiet and private
First thing, after waiting for 4 hrs after arriving finally I go on the hotel and they tell me room was ready when it wasn't, then I go in the room expecting it to be clean and toilet was dirty on top and inside. Parking area is extremely uncomfortable to park or get out which i was able to use only one night of 7 days staying there because they kept saying it was reserved for other coming guests but it was always empty and thanks to them i got a street ticket which i could've avoid if they just let me get parking spot. I went in for coffee since I ran out of the creamer in my room and i got charged full price as if i I ate. Will not stay here again.
Handily placed near Montmartre, Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge and not too far to walk into the centre. Smart clean and quiet rooms. No restaurant and no bar really although there seemed to be a couple of cans of lager available from the rather flustered girl on reception when we asked. Good value.
Very nice hotel. Quiet and clean room. No complaints!
Close to metro Station. The area is ok. The Staff At the reception was very nice. The bed is very small though and the shower is tiny like most Parisian hotels. WiFi works well. Overall good experience.
The hotel was ok. Pictures online were a little decieving.
It was clean and secure. Easy to find and in the heart of the city.
I loved how much space we had. The shower drain did not seem to work and flooded the bathroom every time we showered.
Our heater didn’t work properly but the receptionist gave us a portable to resolve the lack of heat.
This is a good, clean, secure hotel on the edge of historic Monmartre with easy access to the Metro and thus all parts of Paris.
Very confused that i had to pay taxes at check out. When i booked my trip everything was included not sure how this exactly works. Overall a nice stay. This hotel is just for sleeping and getting ready for your next adventure as there is nothing to do here or see.
Loved the property and the staff were very courteous. My only improvement I would mention would be it would have been nice to have been shown where the bar was or where you went for breakfast. Just so you could use the whole of the hotel not just your room.
Overprice, no elevator, dirty rooms, never again, no bar
The room was very spacious. And very comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well.
Staff were super friendly and helpful nothing was a hassle, hotel is a good size and easy to find, location is convenient as although not in the nicest area of Paris it’s still lovely and much more cost efficient as good nearby hotel is less expensive than the “fancier” areas of Paris - which are easily accessible via public transport / Uber / bike or the very convenient electric scooters nearby (lime and Dott)
Hotel itself has good security. Staff are helpful and courteous Room is normal, we got the essentials.
Hotel hall and room was very clean. Bathroom neat as well.
We had an issue with the lock on the bathroom door becoming jammed. However the staff were amazing and dealt with it as quickly as they could. Unfortunately it meant the door became damaged so we were quickly moved to another room - with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We cannot fault the staff - receptionists and manager were extremely efficient, friendly and caring. The initial problem did not affect our stay - the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices on offer. The location was great - a few minutes walk from the metro and Montmartre village. We would have no hesitation in booking thus hotel again and thoroughly recommend it.😊😊
There are some rooms which doesn't have the access of the elevator. I had to move the super heavy suitecase on my own. Even for the rooms has the elevator access, the elevator is too small , looks like only 2~3 people will fit in there. I paid the breakfast when booked the hotel but nothing to eat … really poor condition breakfast and room doesn't have the soundproof system. I can even hear the peeing sound.. which is really terrible. The surround environment of this hotel is really not safe either
The hotel is not close to the Opera district, so including Opera in its name is misleading. The service was very poor, the wall very think, the shower booth tiny and its floor so slippery, it didn't feel safe to take a shower.
Excellent, polite, courteous and helpful staff. Small rooms, but clean and well maintained.
The elevator was way too small. Overall the staff was helpful and pleasant.
Close to metro and alot of things to do around there
Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful with maps, directions, and metro guidance
The hotel was really nice and the staff were friendly and pleasant.
The room was really nice with a nice view separated from the main hotel building with made you feel like you had more privacy. It was located near moulin rouge and the red light district so was easy to locate and had a very vibrant night life. Cleanliness of the room was perfect cleaned everyday. The only downside was the breakfast was very small and not enough variety and the atmosphere wasn’t great in there from staff or other guest which put you off going in and the lift was very loud next to our room.
I didn’t like that I was so far from the lobby and had to go back twice after checking in because my room key didn’t work. Only to find out I had to go back for a third time to get an iron. More information during check in would have been helpful.
It was nice to get an upgrade as the reception too consideration that it was one of the travelling guest's birthday; however the downside was the air conditioning in room was not working; when requested additional bottle of water the next day, we were advised by the reception, only 1 bottle per guest during check-in. This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel.
Hotel is in a good location near the Moulin Rouge and less than a block from Blanche Metro stop.Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent-very helpful and thoughtful!
Great location, clean and friendly, everything we needed for our short stay.
A Very nice hote. Very Nice Staff. l It was great experience !
this hotel is not worth to stay ,very old need refrebuish lobby ,it is under staff u ask for something u wait for time and time to get the issue resolved ,can only be 2 start or max 3 start ,scam to be 4 star.timhotel chain management must look into and work on this hotel on ll aspects ,can not believe this hotel is 4 start chain ,it is shame on timhotel chain to have this hotel .bed sheets never changed for 3 or 4 day until we had to tip the room service maid .we stayed 7 horrible days there tried to change wrote to Expedia but no respond from Expedia .SO I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANY TIMHOTEL CHAIN AGAIN.
Location of the hotel is great. Everything easily accessible. I bought ticket for Big Bus Tour at hotel & 3 different staff gave me 3 different location to get on the bus.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room doors slammed when occupants were unattentive. Te elevator was a 2-person only conveyance, making it very difficult to also wedge in the luggage.
Very average hotel. Rooms nothing like the photos. If had been sold as a 2-3 star hotel would have been happy enough but nowhere near a 4 star. Rooms were tidy and quiet. Breakfast laid out like a school canteen. You can do better in Paris
The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is close to a main metro route which makes it easy to get anywhere in Paris Our room was in an external building not in the mIn hotel. We asked to be moved and were told it wasn’t possible. The wifi did not work in our room so we had to go to the main lobby anytime we wanted to get online
Staff was very nice and welcoming every time we left and returned to the hotel. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice and spacious for 2 people. We didn’t have any issues with outside noise or people I’m the halls. Honestly it seemed like we were the only ones on the whole floor. The location was a short walking distance to access the metro as we did daily. The hotel is close to many Convenient stores, cafes, bars, and the famous moulin rouge. The night life is very lively in this area which was a plus for us! We loved the hotel and location of the property!
We booked a superior room with balcony and view of courtyard , bathrobes and slippers. Room although large was laid out very strange and you struggled to get passed the end of the bed. No balcony no view of courtyard and no bathrobes or slippers. Minibar was a nice touch but only one can of each so if there’s two of you you’ll have to share a can of beer. I’m coeliac and even though I’d stated so on booking and emailed the hotel direct I was not catered for at breakfast so €15 was not good. Hotel is in an ideal location though and they do a transfer to the airport for €18 which is very competitive.
The hotel is hidden away from main road hard to find. Tiny rooms with no elevator in some wings. Good price and comfy beds. That is about it. The staff was pushy about getting us taxi service to the airport and we ended up overpaying. Should have used uber.
Excellent location, great staff. We added the breakfast every day and it was very nice. There are quite a few stairs to the entrance.
Everything was clean. The desk service people were very helpful. The let us leave our luggages until was time for check in . There are many good restaurants
Good location very close to food places and bars 3 mins walk away from moulin rouge and short walk away from Sacré-Coeur and Montmatre. There is staff always on reception. They clean the room every single day and aircon is so good for the hot weather in the summer. You have to be careful though as there are loads pickpockets around Paris. Overall it was such a nice stay thanks.
It was a great hotel. Wonderful location (a minute walk to Moulin Rouge), easy to get around restaurants, bars, coffee shops and convenient stores. Adequate room size and was very clean and tidy. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Two things I looked for in this hotel, vending machine for cold soda or water and an ice dispenser. We came to Paris where we experienced the heat wave and it would be so helpful if we don’t have to leave the hotel and find cold drinks at 11pm. Before Paris, we came from a Rome visit and there was a bar inside the hotel. It was very convenient to just come to the bar and ask for a free ice. Other than that, it was great. We are a family of 3, stayed for a week and found it very pleasing and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again when we come back to Paris.
I would have tarred it higher but our room was really close to the roadside. Alot of motorbikes and scooters passing by.
Good price and tidy . Close to all the public transportation
Great wee hotel in ideal location. Didn't try the breakfast or restaurant so can't comment on those but as a bolt hole for Paris-wandering it's great. Some great wee cafes and eateries around near by and a really nice walk down to the Louvre, etc. Up the street is Moulin Rouge (and all that goes with it!) and a good Monoprix for fridge stocking-up. All round, we really enjoyed the hotel. Lovely courtyard entrance bit where you can sit out and have a smoke. Could do with a proper bar if I'm being picky and the air con was a bit asthmatic but generally a really good choice.
I love the family room and air conditioning which were comfortable.
The location of this hotel was amazing, just steps to the Moulin Rouge. The metro and tour bus was steps away as well. Staff was amazing-friendly and knowledgeable. Loved our stay there!
The entrance thru a car gate and it has stairs which maKes it difficult with luggage
Great location. Right near 2 Metro Stations. Property located behind gates so very clean and secure.
This hotel is suppose to be 4 stars looks like a 1 star when you get there

Great stay
The hotel is gated and off the road so made us feel safe and secure, the room was lovely, very spacious and clean! My only feedback would be the staff really aren’t the friendliest, felt like we were bothering them when we were checking in/out.
