We got relax feeling in the hotel.

No hairdryer in rooms is the only negative feedback i have.

Every part of hotel including pool area spotless. Best breakfast buffet i have ever had.So much choice and great quality. Only a 15 minute bus ride to Rhodes town.

Beautiful hotel. But no slippers, no bathroom accessories, like q-tips, etc.

Staff were all very helpful, rooms were nice and clean, hotel has amazing facilities (bar, restaurants, shops, pools, spa, gym, beach, car rental)

Great pools, good breakfast choices, comfortable rooms and large terrace and helpful staff. Big thanks to the animation team for some fun activities for everyone of all ages!

Hotel,staff,all the facilities, location is amazing. Beach very close with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The actual room, the views were beautiful but the room facilities were basic. Not a 5 star room. But the hotel it self the pools and communal areas were of a very good standard. The rooms had oddly located plugs, no mirror close to where a hair dryer could be plugged. The dressing mirror was over the tea coffee facility. Could not charge any devices unless we were in the room or overnight unless a light was left on.

We had 5 power cuts in 4 days some lasting 4 hours which was not good especially when at breakfast we could not get some hot drinks . Pool area and all rooms , reception, dining room and terraces were really lovely

This hotel is overall good and was pleasant enough however this hotel leaves you slightly underwhelmed. For instance the lobby area is large and has a beautiful large decking area on the 7th floor offering panoramic views of the coast line and Turkey. This should be utilised as a bar, seating area where drinks are served to guests and should be a focal point. The reality is that it isn't used at all. No tables no chairs, no way of sitting out and enjoying the views, space. Furthermore the pools are small for the size of the hotel and could benefit from an additional pool instead of the Tennis court and basketball court which gets very little use. Housekeeping was good however lacking in attention, no refills of the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion meant we ran out half way through the break. Waiter service and means of calling for drinks at poolside would be appreciated. Terrible Taxi service to the old town frequently having to wait fat too long for a taxi and when they do come all too often you are faced with taxi drivers placing several grps in the same taxi and charging each grp the ae fair. This is unacceptable and the reception desk seem to think this is acceptable and do nothing when a complaint is raised. The majority of guests use taxis to go to the old town, the hotel knows the problem so provide a frequent and regular inhouse shuttle service. Problem solved. Breckfast is basic the cooked breckfast is barely edible.. Overall I wouldnt choose to stay here again.

Excellent place, good International clientele. Only the elevators need improvement. We had a great time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the sunset terrace is astonishing as the sun goes down.

Very clean and friendly service. The actives were great . The only comment was that jacuzzi was very basic . Apart from that it was a lovely stay .

Great value luxury hotel

The service, staff and amenities were great. The room was a big old and very small tiny closet. The private beach was a great add on. The pools were great. Overall a great experience and we had so much fun

Great facilities, loved the pool and the food. Was a little disapointed with the room as we found it out dated in comparsion to the rest of the hotel. One of the electric sockets was hanging out the wall aswel , Most staff were friendly and welcoming. Pillows were too soft but got them changed. Housekeeping staff were nice, helpful and made our stay better. Air con can be a bit nosy. Balcony could have been better as you look foen on ur neigbour below and dont get a full view of below on the one we were on. Otherall was very satisfied with the hotel and facitlitys . Would recommend.

Nice hotel

We stayed 6 nights with kids and grandkids. We enjoyed it very much. Nice pool area, great breakfast buffet, good exercise room. About 10 minutes by taxi to Old Town Rhodes. All in all, a very pleasant stay

Loved the Sheraton

We were very happy with the Sheraton Rhodes Resort. We had a spacious sea view room which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and again the wait staff very attentive and friendly. We stayed here for 5 days and had a great time.

Stayed for 5 nights, and Overall for a hotel that brands itself as 5 star, we felt a 4 star was more justified. The main reception was lovely but unfortunately it did not reflect on the rest of the hotel. We stayed in a standard room with a sea view, room itself was a decent size and the bed was a great size and comfortable. However the pillows were so worn down and a massive pain to sleep on leaving us with neck pains. Great bathroom and shower pressure was fantastic. One feedback for the pool area, would be to have a member of staff collecting guests empties as tables were always seen to be full. Besides a very rocky/pebbled beach, it was easy access to the beach and the area was lovely.

It was not bad, except the resteraunt food led to food poisoning the first day. In addition, resteraunt staff hD no clue I paid with charge card rather than charge to room.

Comfortable room. Quite a distance from Rhodes town for sightseeing. Menus at restaurants generally poor, not great choice. Quality and variety at breakfast was poor.

The front desk specifically Elda Mehmeti were very helpful and patient. The Entertainment staff who organized activities such as water polo, volleyball and more were great.

Excellent stay

All good except the food. For Sheraton they should do better with food.

The whole stay was wonderful, it was clean, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and was a beautiful hotel. It busied up towards the end of our stay. As with any holiday there were a lot reserving loungers not to show until late afternoon. I suppose easier to address as season kicks off and life guards/ pool attendants on shift.

I had a knee injury before I arrived at the Sheraton Rhodes, and the staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful; they provided a wheelchair for our room for the entire stay and were very kind as I had limited mobility. The restaurant staff always accommodated my wheelchair and helped me. I’m genuinely so grateful to everyone at the Sheraton for their kind, considerate help.

The location, views swimming pool options were amazing! Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. 5 Star plus

Great location with nice pebbly beach and €1.60 short bus ride direct into Rhodes Town

Stellar services, great hotel! We went for a week, 3 adults, 2 kids. The hotel is beautiful, wonderful view of the sea and the pools, great amenities, and the staff was very helpful and always with a smile on! Special thanks to Meni and Jenny from the reception office and to Sakis from the beach bar, he was always entertaining with our kids! 10/10 would visit again!

Great hotel and location!

The staff at the reception were constantly messing up our booking and really unprofessional. The room is dated and looks like a 3* hotel. I would never stay at this hotel ever again. It’s not a 5 star hotel at all

Overall our stay was pleasant and the hotel is modern and clean. The facilities are great, including 3 pools, a games room, tennis, basketball and squash courts and shops such as a frozen yogurt store and a supermarket. The rooms are clean and the mountain view was peaceful. The food was standard, with breakfast staying the same each morning, and there were themed nights for the buffet dinner. Quality of food was ok. The staff were friendly and special thanks to Litsa, Giorgos and Nori, who made us feel welcome from the beginning of our stay. There are lots of spaces within the hotel to sit and relax, including a sunset deck, and there is an underground tunnel to get to the beach. There are lots to do nearby with a 10 minute drive to the Rhodes Town. Our 7 night stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely would recommend!

Check it was terrible . Slow , over charged took ages to get luggage . Worst check in I’ve ever experienced. Hotel, beautiful, clean , rooms lovely . Restaurants and food amazing .Pool, areas ,shop gym good . Location great

bad oder in the room, possibly due to aging of wooden stuff inside the room. I wanted to stay a week, but could only bear the smell for a night and book a new room at another hotel the next day. Pools and overall conditions were OK, but my room was not worth the money

It’s a gorgeous property. Located on the sea. If you want to relax completely make sure to take a sea facing room. Pools are beautiful. Drinks are obviously very expensive. Food is okay. Gym, spa are good and clean. Breakfast is never changing. I mean I was there for the whole week and nothing changed at all. I mean nothing. They could do something special now and again. Staff is really friendly on both room and breakfast. Beach has a private entrance and avoids the main road. Good for kids. Nice place to get some summer sun. It’s got a pebbly beach and for a calm beach you need to drive 15-20 minutes to the east. Very satisfied with the place. Reception staff is welcoming too and speak good English. Recommend this place for sure.

Really nice location, amazing views from different areas of the hotel, spacious lobby. Food was very nice too Unfortunately, check in / check out wasn’t very smooth and whilst I found some staff very pleasant, there were some staff that were quite rude and abrupt.

The staff and hotel was lovely, they went the extra mile and surprised me and my wife on our Anniversary and Birthday. Very good customer service. Impressed with the hotel facilities

Amazing stay in Sheraton Rhodes Resort. Many activities (tennis, ping pong, swimming pools and private access to the beach). Breakfast was good, many choices and a beautiful view. Definitely recommend this property !

Excellent service in all way, the people very friendly and helpful. Really handy to have a covid test doctor every day in the hotel.

The service at breakfast was inconsistent, the staff were undermanned and therefore not able to perform as needed. The shower leaked, was attempted to be repaired, without success. Overall experience was nowhere close to bring a 5 star hotel. Underwhelming.

Reasonable resort hotel

Do not usually like to stay in big resorts but because of Covid didn't have much choice. If you like this type of big resort hotel I don't think you could go too far wrong. - Have to be up early for breakfast or it is chaos. - Quite liked the beach area, although would be nice if they served drinks from the hut.

Huge resort in Ixia. Great views of the ocean, plenty of amenities. Could imagine it would be great for families, however not the greatest location. Be sure to hire a car and explore the rest of the island as ixia does not really have much to do.

Disappointing! Not family friendly

The Hotel is generally dated ! It advertises itself as family friendly but did not offer anything for our 2 year old grandson. The outdoor pools were too cold to use and the indoor was only available to 5years and over. We were very disappointed and the spa staff wete very rude!

Our stay in the Sheraton Rhodes Resort was amazing, big hotel, big room, 4 pools so it wasnt crowded and they did all kinds of games in the pool so it wasnt boring, and there was music. the service was great, they always helpd us and recommend us about places in the area, Everywhere in the hotel was full of comfortable seating areas with different chairs, comfy sofas, and they thought of everything because they positioned them with pool or sea views, Breakfast was really varied, lots of choice of delicious food. They changed towels every day and washed the floor every day, the room was very clean.

Great staff and location hotel clean although they could do with replacing some of the carpets in the corridors (only negative point really) Didn't try a la carte restaurants but food in main restaurant good (breakfast only) Bar was well stocked, barman was very informative. We ate in the bar first night great burger although a little pricey, wife had greek salad v good. Pool and beach very nice, had a spa treatment also good and not too expensive. Will return

The staff were amazing especially Tsempika at breakfast who always greeted us with a big smile and found us a nice table. Helen and Marguerita at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Was good but dropped from year to year

This is my fourth time in this hotel. They are under a big saving process. The food quality dropped from last year. They removed several shows from their weekly schedule. Most of the rest hotels in their rate are much better. We had ants in or room and we got told "it's summer sir, there is nothing we can do" It took them more then 30 min to come to the kids pull after some baby pooed there. It very dangerous!

There were plenty of sun loungers and close to the beach.

The staff are extremely friendly and attentive all the time even though you could clearly see they were rushed off their feet. The staff and service at the pool bar was fantastic!!! Mikalis is such a star!!! So nice to see that he takes great pride in the job he does. We have seen him there for the last 3 years and always makes our time at the Sheraton special.

Location excellent and property extensive so didn’t feel too crowded

Great hotel overall but for a luxury hotel no concierge at arrival to help with bags as we have children always travelling with more luggage there was no help. The restaurants open at 7pm for dinner which isn’t ideal with children.

We only stayed here 1x night as an interim between Symi & returning to UK. We now wish we had 2x nights here. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely half term break.

We had a lovely week. Great hotel with good facilities. It was a bonus the hotel was quiet as it was end of season. The hotel was really clean, the breakfast buffet a major highlight for us all. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for making it a memorable family vacation. Lots to do and see on Rhodes. I’m sure we'll be back one day.
