Fair price but no AC and little space

Not so good, no AC just a fan on the ceiling. No free water, room was little, the bed sheet was for one person even tho the bed is for two. Or at least it is very narrow. The room was clean, location is really central. But really little space and no AC.

Çok kötü bir oteldi. Odayı yağmurdan su basmıştı. Oda çok Soğuktu. Sözde suit ti ama diş macunu bile yoktu. Yağmurdan odayı resmen su basmıştı.

It was a good quick stop

Location Location

It’s a basic clean hotel in a good location. The Staff was very friendly and helpful . Some of the rooms are very small but we stayed in a suite and it was perfect for us. Breakfast was good also. For this price point it was good overall. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly. Very basic hotel . Is like 2 stars. Rooms have single glazing windows so all noise from road can be heard on busy road so not ideal if you are trying to sleep. No room service, Wi-Fi weak. Is max 2 stars by European standards

Ok

First day our door would not open. Second day, when they cleaned our room they took all the bedding so we slept with just the bedliner. Then the room started to smell really bad. The safe didnt work so we carried our valuables w us for two days. The only person helpful was the young guy w glasses. He helped us w the door and the safe. The rest of the staff were unpleasant and unapproachable. They smoked more than they worked. I think one staff even brought his son and daughter. The young son was at the front desk while the big guy and his daughter smoking outside. We asked them for water. The son said they would bring it up in 3minutes. Never did. Then the water from sink, toilet and shower stopped coming out. Cant wash our hands or use the toilet. We decided to leave because the room stinks, no water, no bathroom. This experience made us want to leave our room and go to Avangarden where you really get your moneys worth. This place is horrible.

Nice and cozy hotel

TERRIBLE IS A SMALL WORD TO DESCRIBE OUR SITUATION. FIRST THING THE ROOM IS NOT LIKE THE PICTURES AT ALL. SECOND THING THE ROOM IS SUPER DIRTY NOT TO MENTION THE THE TOWELS IS ALREADY USED. THIRD THING THE SHOWER DOES NOT INCLUDE A DOOR WHICH MAKES THE WATER LEAKS OUT TILL THE ROOM AND WHEN I ASKED THE RECEPTION THEY SAID “ OHH WE ARE SORRY BUT IT GOT BROKEN YESTERDAY AND WE DONT HAVE OTHER ROOMS “ I SAID I MADE MY RESERVATION YESTERDAY NIGHT WHY DID YOU GAVE ME THIS ROOM THOUGH YOU KNOW ITS BROKEN” AL I GOT FROM HER IS SORRY. FORTH THING THE HAIR DRYER IS NOT WORKING / AC IS NOT WORKING . So terrible is just a small word . Hope you check these hotels before give them your trusts.

Cosy, clean, friendly and good staff 👍

Harika bir hotel, tüm işlerimiz Levent çevresinde idi, yürüyerek hepsini hallettik. Çalışanlar harika ve hepsinin kadın olması mükemmel. Sade, küçük, mütevazi ve çok TEMİZ. Odalar küçük ama kullanışlı. Kahvaltı mükemmel, Hatice Hanım çok ilgili ve temiz. Herkese öneriyorum. The hotel is very close to Levent, we did everything by walk. Very CLEAN, all staff is women, friendly. The hotel is small but cosy, breakfast is perfect, lady Hatice is very clean and helpful for breakfast. I recommend to everyone 👍

It’s a very good hotel, clean with a reasonable price and very well located and closer to a great shopping mall. Employees there are very reliable. I might stay there again soon. It’s a very safe area.

disappointing at first but better as time went by

When I arrived there it was evening. The Doorman barely spoke English. I got my room, very small and very noisy as it was on the first floor and right above the busy street. The first night I could not sleep. The next morning they moved me to a better bigger room on the side. This was much better. I was there 20 days. The staff were friendly and the place very clean. The breakfast and the servers very good, Overall I enjoyed the stay and I will go back soon. Also, the place is very close to a myriad of stores and all sorts of foods and stores. The only thing I do not like about Istanbul, everybody and their dog smokes. And they have no regard for non-smokers. They will sit next to you and light up a cigarette. Manners are non-existent there. But I also met many nice helpful folks.

Güzel Bir Otel

Gayet güzel bir konaklama oldu. Personel çok iyi, bina yeni ama cadde üzeri olduğu için biraz ses var. Metroya ve şehrin merkezine çok yakın.

Clean rooms with a relaxing decoration. Breakfast is good and location was perfect overall good place to stay if you spend you time out .

İş için geldiğim bir günlük seyahatimi olumlu bitiremediğim için, en yakınımda olan bu otelde o günkü yorgunluğumu ve stresimi iyice ata bildim . Güzel uyudum , bu sıcak yaz gününde odamın serinliği mükemmeldi . Ter temizdi her yer . Banyo ve duş mükemmel , her şey tıkır tıkır çalışıyordu. Çalışanların güleryüzü ve tatlı konuşmaları tam da bana lazım olan bir ünsiyetti . Helal olsun hepsine . Tek kelime çok beğendim .

Başlık Yazmaya Bile Değmez

Kahvaltı dışındaki hiç bir hizmetten memnun kalmadım, rezillikti resmen. Rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen rezervasyonumuzun gözükmediğini iddia ettiler, 2-3 gün kaldık 2 kere oda değiştirildi. Havlular yenilenmiyor, yenilendiğinde de eksik koyuluyor. Odadaki tuvalet kağıtları leş gibi kirli, odaya koydukları ürünler bayat. Tamamen rezillikti, hiç memnun kalmadım. Dünyadaki son otel burası olsa sokakta yatarım burada kalmam.

Otele gitmeden ücretine göre bir düşünce ile gittim ve düşüncemin çok üzerinde bir konforla karşılaştım. Banyosu, yatağı ve temizliği güzeldi, kahvaltısı ortalama bir kahvaltı idi. Camları büyük havadar, kliması güzel çalışıyordu. Yatak dışında oturacak masa çok küçüktü sandalyeyi de hareket ettirecek bir alan olmaması tek eksikti.

Je suis vraiment partagé sur cette expérience dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel en lui même est bien, le personnel très sympa, le confort y est également. Mais alors il y a un énorme problème que je n’ai jamais rencontrer nulle part : l’insonorisation ! C’est du jamais vue, il y a t’il un travail d’isolation qui a été fait ? J’avais l’impression de dormir avec les voisins et surtout les gens de l’extérieur. Impossible de trouver le sommeil entre les chiens qui aboient, le bruits des voitures et motos (impression que la route est dans votre chambre), la musique extérieur etc etc etc. Mon conseil : ne prenez pas une chambre face à la route. L’hôtel mérite mieux parce qu’il est de qualité. Mais il y un énorme problème sur l’isolation des pièces c’est limite scandaleux de proposer cela.

havlular pek temiz değildi.. küçük buzdolabının içimde kötüydü.. perdeler yetersizdi.. soğutma tam çalışmadı onun dışında güzeldi genel olarak.. tercih edebilirim otopark bulamadım .. kalabalıktı.. her türlü misafir kabul edilmemesi daha makul olur diye değerlendiriyorum

Odalar fena degil ama banyonun yer temizliği yetersizdi. Kahvaltısı beklediğimden iyi ve çok lezzetliydi tesekkürler

J'ai réservé la chambre 37 € la soirée mais quand j'étais à l'hôtel on voulait me forcer à payer 55 € la soirée et on s'est fâché j'ai quitté l'hôtel le soir même et ils m'ont donné deux chambres un plus horrible que l'autre est même pas rangé nettoyer

Excellent location but expect that you will suffer if you walk to the hotel from the metro station with heavy baggage (due to cars parking on the pavements). A variety of restaurants and shopping malls are within walking distance. Nice and friendly housekeeping service and daily cleaning of the room. Do not though expect the same service for breakfast since the woman working there is not guest-friendly. I had to stop communicating with her because of her rude attitude (and my unwillingness to end up in a quarrel / conflict during my vacation). I therefore had to eat breakfast without coffee since you have to ask the woman to start the coffee machine :) The room was a bit smaller than expected / in the photos. Shower curtain was torn and the standard room is not an ideal place to work with a laptop. Door cards sometimes stopped working and you have to then come back to the reception for card renewal (which sucks). The rooms with a street view can at times get a disturbing noise due to the busy street / dogs barking. I liked the room design and the beds were comfortable. The reception guys were trying to be helpful and arranged on-site PCR testing and taxi for us. The only problem is they have communication problems with each other. At the end of the stay I was not surprised anymore when the next shift did not have any idea about what I asked the previous shift to note.

Oda aşırı küçük dolap dahi yok. Odaya giriş kartı kaldığımızda alamadık her giriş çıkış yaptığımızda kapının önünde 10 dk kadar kat görevlisini bekledik. Açık büfe kahvaltı var fakat belediye tesisinde ki en ucuz kahvaltı tabağı bile daha dolu olur. Lokasyon gereği çok gürültülü sokakta konuşanlar sanki odanın içindeymiş gibi net duyulabiliyor. Ayrıca kahvaltıdan sorumlu hanımefendinin sinirini hiç anlayamadık başka misafirlerin çocuklarını azarladı gelenlere sürekli ters cevaplar verdi. En basiti rulo peçete istedik bir gün sonra alabildik. Fiyatına göre tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer değil ne yazık ki.

Otelin olduğu bölgede işi programı olanlar için güzel otel. Fena değildi.

Yeterince konforlu, kahvaltı da gayet doyurucu. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcılar. Sadece temizlik biraz daha iyi yapılabilir. Onun dışında gayet güzel bir deneyimdi.

Bir gece konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü bir şekilde karşıladı bizleri. Oda ferah ve kısmen temizdi. Sadece banyo zemini kirliydi. Kahvaltı beklentilerimin üzerindeydi, keyifle kahvaltımızı yaptık. Genel olarak rahat ettiğimiz bir konaklamaydı. Gürültü problemi de yaşamadık.

Banyo ve tuvalet biraz daha özenli temizlenebilir , kahvaltı makul,personel iyi niyetli

İdare eder

Kullanışlı olmayan, gürültülü ve küçük odalar. İki kişi için küçük bir yatak ve fazla küçük bir yorgan. Ancak güzel sayılacak bir kahvaltı ve iyi misafirperverlik.

Close to business locations, clean hotel, kind staff. Quite noisy due to front street traffic. Good price / performance
