Very close to centre

Charming staff, good food, comfortable clean -unpleasant corridor decor on upper floors

Everything at this hotel is nice. The breakfast is phenomenal. If you want to be close to Stare Miasto, it might be a little too far. I'm a fast walker and it took me 25 minutes to walk to Old Town.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Styles and would recommend. Room was quiet, clean and staff were polite and friendly. We used the tram outside the hotel to get around, super easy and cheap. We had dinner on our last night due to flight times and food was good and restaurant/bar has a chilled out vibe.

Very clean hotel and rooms were comfortable. Loved the food in the restaurant and everything was reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

My stay was enjoyable, room was clean, bed comfy,food at the restaurant was nice. Breakfast - standard buffet, I arrived late so wasn't the freshest but that's my fault. Staff very friendly, would recommend and stay again.

On my 1st night there was an insect on the desk moving as it was upside down, I was ringing the reception twice but no one was answering the phone. They could add on their website accesibility to transport link as trams are outside of the hotel.I requested my room to be cleaned on tues but never hapened.If the staff could be more helpful when asked about public transport inquiries. They could encourage the guests to book those famous tours with them instead of booking them in town or somewhere else.Not all of them could explain very well in english.

It was a great stay. The hotel was clean and service was superb. Loved the interior decor.

An excellent choice near, but not in historic old town. A tram line is literally outside the door and for the equivalent of $1 old town is just 3 stops away, or a pleasant 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are large, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The restaurant on site is surprisingly good and fairly priced. The staff speaks sufficient English for linguistically challenged American and British travelers. One unexpected bonus was soundproof rooms, meaning you were in an oasis of quiet at night, and slept quite well.

Supervalue for the money

Extremly good value for the money. Nice breakfast. The tram goes directly outside the hotel and it`s just three stops and you are at Krakow centrum.

I stayed here for 10 days. The hotel and staff were wonderful and the tram station into town is right outside. The hotel is new and clean.

A magnificent place for your holidays

I can’t say enough about this place. Everything was impeccable, staff was amazing with their smile and readiness to help with questions above and beyond their duties. One more important point is the fresh scent that spreads every step of the way.

great location tram stop right outside and a shop, comfy bed and clean bathroom, the room itself was quite dusty and the bed frame had a stain on the base, apart from that no issues and a great hotel for price. cleaners made bed and can change towels daily

Amazing hotel, very nice people and good service!!

We had a lovely stay at this property over the new year period, room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Not a lot local to the hotel but tram to city very frequently running outside so that didn’t really bother us! Would definitely stay again and are hoping to return sometime this year.

Stayed fone week in Nov. 2023. Quality of food for breakfast was average -much less than the quality of the Ibis Styles in Warsaw. Quality of purchased food in lounge was below average. Facility was clean and in a very safe area. IT district of Krakow, hotel was 25 min walk to Old Towne district. Staff was professional and very pleasant.

The staff was very accommodating and patient. Breakfast was fresh every day. The hotel is mere feet from the tram line that goes straight into the heart of the city. Shops and general stores were also quite close by.

Worst experience ever

I arrived after midnight only to find out that there was overbooking and I don't have a room. We spent more than 45 minutes to find another hotel since Ibis not only didn't book me a room but also didnt make sure I have an alternative. I will never stay at an Ibis and will recommend other people to stay away from this chain.

Première impression est bonne à l'entrée et dans le lobby. Malheureusement les chambres sont très mal éclairées, vraiment dommage. Pas de bouteilles d'eau, il faut aller se servir devant l'ascenseur avec un verre. Service minimum, le petit dej est normal

Ótima localização. Estação de Tram bem na frente q liga a estação central com facilidade. Região bem central. Hotel com estrutura e acomodações muito boas.

O hotel fica em frente a estação de tram, facilitando o acesso ao feltro histórico e ao terminal ferroviário. O atendimento do check in/out foi muito simpático e atencioso.Nosdo check in,a atendente foi excelente e juntamente com o gerente, preocupados com o melhor para nossa estada no hotel. O hotel é amplo, bem decorado, com bar e restaurante. Nosso quarto era com bom espaço e equipado com TV LCD, wi-fi, secador de cabelo e shampoo.Boa cama, boa ducha e o quarto para ceadeirante bem equipado. O quarto muito bem decorado e com móveis novos . Não tem cofre e nem frigobar. No corredor tem um filtro de água quente, fria e com gás, também sache de chá e café e no quarto tem uma garrafa de vidro para abastecer com agua, muito atencioso esse serviço por parte do hotel. Em um dos dias, deixamos o quarto para limpar, mas o serviço não foi feito, mas de resto, tudo foi perfeito. Gostamos bastante deste hotel, por ter o padrão Ibis e por ser Style, que é diferenciado. Nas proximidades do hotel tem vários comércios, Carrefour, Lidl, Market Point, Mercado Kabka e tem a pizzaria Angelo's café, a melhor pizza de Krakow e deliciosa, pode ser para delivery ou consumo no local.

Noen dager i Krakow. Oppholdet på Ibis var komfortabelt. Et stilig hotell med vennlig betjening og god frokost. Testet også menyen. Bra mat. Hotellet ligger en kort trikketur unna sentrum. Bra valuta for pengene. Kan anbefales

Ótimo, mas fora do centro

O quarto é ótimo e o hotel é lindo. Tudo novinho e disponibilizam um bebedouro (que tem até água com gás) em cada andar e uma jarra com copos em cada quarto para a gente se servir. O único problema é que apesar de constar “Centro” no nome, o hotel não fica no centro. É preciso pegar 10min de tram (4,40 zlots) para chegar na praça principal da cidade. O café da manhã é ótimo apesar de um pouco caro (55 zlots por pessoa), mas acaba sendo a única opção porque não existem cafés no entorno do hotel (justamente porque está fora do centro).

Rauhallinen ja hyvä hotelli keskustan tuntumassa

Hotelli on omassa sarjassaan poikkeuksellisen hyvä. Ratikalla pääsee hetkessä keskustaan, pysäkki on hotellin edessä. Alueella on myös ruokapaikkoja ja pikkukauppoja.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and perfect public transport to the city. All in all a very good place to stay while visiting the beautiful city Kraków ❤️

Het hotel gedeelte was prima, schone en goede kamers. Maar het restaurant was slecht, er waren gerechten die op de kaart stonden niet voorradig, het ontbijt werd niet goed aangevuld, zoals de broodjes. Tevens werden de tafels niet snel opgeruimd waardoor we moesten wachten of zelfs maar gingen zitten met het afval van de vorige mensen nog op de tafel. En dan nog kwamen ze niet opruimen. Jammer want het hotel opzich was prima

Really good hotel, very nice staff of breakfast and reception. Unfortunatlly restaurant staff of lunch/diner was much more busy with their cellphone, they could have sold us more drinks and extra's.

Hotel neuf , moderne, propre et pas cher. Arrêt de tramway juste en face. Très bonne petit-déjeuner et café expresso, Seulement téléphone ne fonctionner pas pour les appels externes

Mycket nöjda

Vänligt bemötande, bra service och rent och fräscht. Bra frukost. Ingen trängsel. Knäpp tyst i rummet så antar att det är bra ljudisolerat. Bra med laddningsmöjligheter överallt i lobbyn och i restaurangen. Spårvagn gick precis utanför hotellet. Vi var mycket nöjda och kommer vi till Kraków igen så kommer vi boka detta hotell igen.

Jak zwykle w Ibisie - najwyższa jakość w podstawowym standardzie. Czysto, schludnie, duża część wspólna, dobre śniadanie.
