The location, adjacent to the Zurich airport, is truly convenient. The hotel is in a shopping/ business development across a street from the airport terminal. There are restaurants in the development, too. The hotel.s clean, comfortable, and attractive.

Staff very nice. I left a shopping bag at reception when I checked in and they brought it to my room before I even asked about it! That is hood service!

I love how it is right next to the airport!

Excelente over all experiences

So convenient to get to the train or airport all in walking distance. Shopping and food all in walking distance. We only stayed overnight but would definitely stay again. Loved how everything was so close.

Solid airport hotel - providing walk ability to the airport with well labelled paths. Plenty of restaurant and even entertainment options in the complex.

Fabulous ambience and helpful staff

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Helpful and knowledgeable staff at check in, and above and beyond helpful when I checked out (I needed a European adapter and a place to work and the receptionist went and found me one - with a massive smile and happy disposition). I booked a King room for 1 person and was upgraded to a corner room with a view when I joined the Hyatt membership at the check in desk (took about 60 seconds to do!). What a lovely room too ... a weird shape as the building has angular corners, but that added to the character of the room. Every facility you could need is catered for and carefully stowed to keep the aesthetic look of the room clean and minimalistic. A lovely space for a single person or two people with not too much luggage. I can't say enough about the bar staff as they were so friendly and willing to have a conversation (I was on my own - female - on business). I guess the food is not what you would expect of a restaurant in a hotel as it is more like cafe food, but with an upmarket twist. Most of the items on the menu resemble burgers and wraps,but the fillings are far nicer than any you would get at a cafe. There are also many restaurants in very close proximity in The Circle area, spoilt for choice! It's a little walk from the exit at Zurich airport, and if I hadn't been so tired from walking nearly 2 miles in one day from one flight to another - via Munich :-( then it would not have bothered me in the slightest.

The reception staff Rez is amazing. The first room was not cleaned, he immediately offered us a better room. This hotel is super close to ZRH.

Great property, especially if you’re traveling out of Zurich airport. Walkable to the terminal, plus plenty of good restaurants and amenities in The Circle. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and staff was great. Perfect overnight stay for a morning flight out.

This place is great for an overnight layover.

It was a good clean hotel to stay with but the rooms are so hot. When I spoke to the front desk they said guests weren’t allowed to adjust the temp in the rooms which beats the purpose of why there is a thermostat in the first place if it can’t be adjusted. Pointless - when complained the front desk explained there was nothing much he could do and asked to wait a while and would send a technician which was t done .

Very nice front desk staff. Beautiful lobby with a cozy seating area. Arrived early but was able to leave luggage so we could enjoy a day in Historic Zurich. Very short walk to Zurich airport to catch flight home.

Hard to get to

Cool vibes. Short walk (< 5 minutes) to airport and train station. (Ie. A few steps away from anywhere in Switzerland or the world)

I injured my knee the week before and requested an accessible room and wheelchair at the last minute. The staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate the request.

Awesome location if you’re looking for somewhere near the airport. It’s actually walking distance to the hotel. Staff did an outstanding job and nothing could’ve been better!!

This was a beautiful and clean property. But being a Hyatt member, I thought for sure that breakfast was included. But to my surprise it wasn't and it was $25 for each of us. A bit disappointed about that!! We always got a free breakfast!!

This is a very good place to stay if you have a layover at ZRH. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the terminal.

Easy As

Connected to the airport for EASY travel and check in for my flight. We had a Sunday flight, checked out, and was checked in and through security for our flight within 20 minutes. The room was well appointed, quiet, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for any connections you have through Zurich airport. Train connection to the airport from Zurich HBF was an 11 minute train ride. Easy!

Excellent hotel, and very convenient location from Airport

Overall our experience was good. The hotel rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. The breakfast buffet was also good. The dining options are limited if you arrive after 7pm. The hotel resturant service was awful and the food was below average.

Location, location, location and lots of options

The quality and value of the hotel was above expectations. There is so much to do right outside the door of the hotel and the short walk to the terminal was fantastic. We got rid of our rental car one day early and had an easy relaxing morning before our international flight. The general area has several restaurants, bars, and shops. Bravo Hyatt

Very clean and safe place to stay for overnight flight connection. Restaurant on site open late which was great for my late arrival. Easy walk from airport. Received email from Expedia in advance of stay with directions how to find the place, which made major difference as there are two properties with same name. Will stay again.

Avoid, find another hotel

Another guest was issued the same room. Tv remote didn’t work but they fixed by changing the batteries. Constant mechanical ticking noise every 20 seconds all night

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area on foot. We especially appreciated the prompt and helpful service at the front desk. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its high level of cleanliness and amenities.

The reason I gave this property three stars overall is because the cleanliness of my room was Poor. They initially swapped my rooms to a quieter room, which I super appreciated, but both rooms were not cleaned as well as I would’ve expected. For example, there was hair all over the bathroom, coffee ring marks, and areas that clearly had not been cleaned well. I was a little surprised I have to say for a place at this cost.

Excellent hotel and service.

This Hyatt Place location was excellent in all respects. You are connected to the airport, bus station, & train station by an underground tunnel. We took the train into Zürich and enjoyed a wonderful day ….. we returned to the hotel and had dinner at one of the many restaurants nearby. Plenty of shops and bars nearby. Hotel itself is modern, clean, and quiet. Great choice if using Zürich Airport.

The hotel is in a convenient location, right next to the airport. The lobby etc are all well decorated and all make a great first impression and the staff are polite and helpful. The room was also reasonably furnished. I'm docking two stars though for a couple of things about the facility that made the stay unpleasant: - I lost hot water one morning and with no warning and had to sit through an ice cold shower. - The HVAC seemed to be turned off in the room by default and it was very hot the first day. I adjusted it and set the room to do not disturb but woke up to it being very hot in the middle of the night, as the HVAC seemed to have turned the temperature up 5 degrees somehow between days. - The room has a view over a courtyard and into neighboring rooms, so you're looking at gray steel. The only way to get privacy is to draw the blinds as there's a dozen rooms that can see right in. - The room had lots of noise at various times of night, including slamming doors from the hallway, creaking noises from some mechanical device, and the sounds of the elevator running constantly. It seemed like there was little or no sound insulation in the building, lots of noisy things like spring doors and spring loaded trash cans, and sound really traveled far. - Finally, the final day I woke at 7 am to someone vacuuming the room above me. Not sure if this noise is from missing sound insulation or missing policy about noise in the early morning but it was too loud to sleep through.

At the restaurant in Hyatt. I really enjoyed the dining room and the spaghetti 🍝 the hashbrown with the Veal meat 🍖 was too good.

In the same trip from Riga I paid for a king room and was told I got an upgrade but was actually downgraded to a queen small room. The welcome was not warm and I am a return customer.

The hotel is exactly what you would expect from an airport hotel in Switzerland -- clean, orderly, efficient, and a two-minute walk from the airport check-in desks. Trains from all over Switzerland will deliver you efficiently right to the airport and this hotel.

This is great place for a short break between flights/trains in Zurich. Very comfortable, and well designed rooms and common areas. The transport into the city is fast and easy. Husein, on the front desk, was especially welcoming and quick to sort out any issues or questions.

Good stay

Good hotel and the property is great for the airport. Our only complaint was that we needed to make our daughters bed as when we arrived to check into a family room they hadn't made the pull out bed and when we asked for bedding they came up and handed it to us and left. Other than that nuisance it was a good stay and it's a pretty cool main floor bar, restaurant, check in area. Would stay again.

This is an amazing property but beware there are 2 Hyatts at Zurich airport. They are next to each other but have different policies. For example the Hyatt regency doesn't charge to hold your luggage whereas the Hyatt place does charge per luggage per day. Most huge hotel chains 2-3 days before your booking will store your luggage for free. Not the case at Hyatt place but true at the Hyatt regency.

Great hotel for a Zurich layover.

Fabulous location for a layover. Easy walk from the train or airport. Set in a complex with other hotels, shops, and eateries…but loads of other shopping and food options next door within the train station as well. The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean and tidy, including our room. Loads of seating in the lobby, as well as an on-site restaurant, snack shop, and nice park directly behind. Our room was spotless and well-appointed. The bed was a bit hard for me, but the pillows softer. The bathtub surface was incredibly slick. I ended up placing the extra towels down to shower which worked out fine. We ended up adding breakfast which is served adjacent to the restaurant. Pricey, but worth it. Two large buffet areas with just about anything you could want, plus made to order egg dishes upon request. Service at the breakfast area was extremely good, with employees constantly cleaning and replenishing. Besides the bed being a bit hard and slightly lumpy, my only other real issue was with the AC in our room. While you could feel cool air coming out, it would never bring our room temp down enough for me. Overall a good stay. Pleasant staff and lovely facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport. The price points were wildly high considering twin beds at a standard Hyatt. For a king bed, prices cruise over $500 Cons: - Breakfast not being included - It took over ten calls to finally get someone at the front desk to answer for an issue in our room. - The room smelled like the plumping/pipes/toilet until the AC unit was put on.. Odd. - The remote did not work and took 2 hours to get it resolved. (Batteries were dead) - Local/Walkable food options were fast food and grocery stores at the airport vs overly priced / low quality restaurants. Thank goodness for Coop! Pros: - Comfy bed Pillows - Love the shower, soaps, shampoo, conditioner - Close to grocery store - Close to airport check-In - Super friendly staff at front desk ( Maintenance Gentlemen) If no other options are avail, again, wed consider given the location

Two day stay

Website says have air conditioning but can not change temperature from room. 70.5F when i was staying. Cant get cooler. Front desk leeson said they dont have a/c, website says they do. Offered a fan.
