Very close to Eiffel tower, restaurants, etc. Nice staff, cozy nice room

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect and accessible to all and many options for dining and shopping within blocks.

Overall, the experience was great.

This hotel is in a perfect location with very close access to Dupleix metro station, making it easy to get anywhere in Paris, plus very walkable to Eiffel tower. Clean, friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly, provided dining suggestions and directions. Room was adequate and clean. The property is within walking distance to many dinining options, an honest 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Everything was ok, clean and ok sized rooms, great location, only downfall was the staff - not the friendliest at all, I felt like I was bothering every time I needed anything.

Spent three nights in Room 401. Small but comfortable king size bed which is always welcomed in Europe. Easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Nice outdoor market outside the hotel on Wednesday.

The hotel is close to the Metro and the Eiffel Tower. Lots of delicious cafes and the Italian restaurant across the street was yummy and delightful. The breakfast was great. The room however, was tiny and stepping up 18 inches to get in the shower was less than desirable.

The restroom was tiny, and I could not stand in the shower.

Close to 6 line train. Near cafes, banks, pharmacy ( which we needed for our son), 15 to 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Nice breakfast. Better than most hotel breakfasts in the states.

Local street market on Wednesdays and Sundays. What a treasure - you would not get roaming around and exploring local market from any other touristy places. Even in coffee shops and bakeries nearby were local Parisiens, going on about their day. Street fish vendor nearby with ratatouille and other cooked meats was an added bonus.

The staff was vert friendly and accommodating. Tube stop just across the street, shopping one block away, several restaurants/bars/bakeries nearby, and Eiffel Tower walk was a reasonable walk. There were even 2 laundromats within 2 blocks. Hotel was in an excellent location.

It was a great little place to stay! Super clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating!

We booked a superior room when we got there they gave us a smaller room without saying a word, I noticed the room was not the one we booked originally and I went back to the front desk to request a superior room! The man at the front desk had the audacity to ask me to clean and leave the wrong room he gave us, the same way we found it in order to give us the superior room cause it was late and there was no housekeeper available to clean the room for another future guest on that night! Anyway, we got to the superior room, the bed was much better but the bathroom was smaller even with a bathtub! It was ok for just one night! Plus only 15min walk to the Eiffel Tower! Breakfast was included and had a considerable amount of food options! The front desk man was not that friendly (the older one), but I guess is just the majority of people in France! I'd still recommend this place for a short stay!

This is a no frills place to visit Paris. The rooms are very small and there is a small bathroom. Wish the shower had a door on it as the floor gets wet. One great thing is it's close to the trains/bus and about a mile to Eiffel Tower. But....it is fine for a few nights. We don't come to stay in the hotel in luxury. For that, it is fine. I had no problems with it. I would even stay here again when we come back to Paris.

We have a good experience with the staff, but you can not to loud cause rooms are to close. We get a room with two small beds, but was ok for stay two days, and walk to all the close touristic attractions.

The hotel has a good location. Close to metro and Eiffel Tower. We stayed for a night and 2 days and it was perfect. We were able to go back to Eiffel Tower the following day. The staff when we checked in were not so welcoming. They seemed tired.

Wow!!! This place was absolutely amazing from the minute we walked in. Francesca greeted us and took her time on explaining everything around the area. Giving us amazing tips. The room was clean and very accommodating. The check in process was great and the walk to the sister property for breakfast is not bad at all. Very good breakfast and it’s right in the center and walking distance from all the major spots you might want to visit while in Rome. If I am blessed to go back.. I will definitely stay there again!

Great location

Good hotel, good breakfast choice, friendly staff and great location.

The hotel was great for the price, as usual in Europe and Paris the hotel room was small, but all we did there was sleep and shower. Very close to the train station and close to the city. Suffian at the front desk was extremely helpful, helped me rent a car locally and he actually booked the car for me.

Ok for a few nights

Pros: Conveniently close to Eiffel Tower, good restaurants, shops and metro stop. The hotel has an excellent breakfast selection and pretty satisfying. Good staff, very clean rooms and bathrooms, and over all ok. Cons: The Idea of pushing two twin beds to make it a standard size room is not comfortable at all. If you roll to the middle the bed will split apart and mattresses will part. There is really no extra services offered, like laundry or late night food options. Shower head was poorly functional and quite small for a 6 foot 220lb guy like me, but then again for European standards its ok. For the high nightly rates they charge, you are paying easy walking access to Eiffel Tower and that's it because it really was subpar for a 3 star hotel. Not my first time to Paris, so you'll have better options elsewhere.

Very nice hotel. 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and the staff was extremely helpful. Area is very safe and room was very clean. Overall an excellent stay for the price.

I left my phone with the taxi. The attendant went a good effort to contact the taxi company. The taxi drop off the phone in the hotel and the hotel will send my phone to US. I have not seen any hotel who will do that. The staff are very friendly as well.

The staff was great. Those at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was small. The shower stall was so small that it was difficult to turn while showering.

The beds are very uncomfortable, and the rooms are so very small. They tried to update them but there was visible water damage on the door in the bathroom and no airflow whatsoever, so for the price of the room I would’ve expected better living conditions.

The reception staff were so friendly, approachable and polite. The property itself was clean, presentable and safe. The bedroom was good, spacious and the bathroom too. We didn’t find anything unclean at the property. Thank you!!

The hotel is close to the metro and 10 minutes from the Eiffel tower. The room is small and the breakfast said is buffet but is just a little bit of each. The staff is friendly and they always clean my room. In general is a good hotel. They should have transportation to the different airports and provide maintenance to the building.

Well located, comfortable hotel with great staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and at breakfast. The hotel looks as though it has been recently refurshibed and is spotlessly clean and attractively decorated. Our room was compact but with everything you need and our bathroom was very spacious and well equiped. The only disapointment was that our double room was actually two small single beds pushed together.

While I likely wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again, or refer it to others, it was perfectly sufficient for what I needed for a quick trip. The room was very small (although that is somewhat to be expected) and not the most functional - neither fridge nor safe worked, shower head sprayed all over the bathroom, no place to put your suitcase, etc. There was also a very intense floral perfume odor in the room. But, it was a good location, the staff were incredibly friendly/helpful, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Not the right place if you want to spend any time in room, but a good place to lay your head for a night or two.

It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but not the best. Location is great l, in fact surrounding neighborhood is very nice. It also has easy access to the metro, 1 minute. Staff is adequate as was the room. The problem was I was in a room I highly suspect was a storage area and made into a room. It was street level near a staff storage area that was adjacent to the lobby toilets. Along with the windows next to the sidewalk it would get noisy in the morning. If you choose to stay here avoid room 1.

Location was great, 10 minutes walking from the tower. The best part about the hotel to me was the staff. Very helpful, accommodating, and great to talk to. Specially the gentleman that i interacted with the most i believe his name is Yann. Loved the stay, only thing for me was the bed had one pillow per side, i usually use three at home. I azked for extra pillows and they gladly gave them to me, made a huge difference. My room was cleaned everyday, would definitely stay here again.

Hire location is in the middle of downtown Paris, very close to parks museums restaurants and stores.

Night staff member was incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful during my visit. He made my stay very unenjoyable and I dreaded my interactions with him. I also did not like that we had to turn in our key every time we left the hotel.

Now the 4th stay and always welcoming and the room clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around and some really good restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Our room needed to be changed the first day because the tv was broke and there was a leaky celing in the bathroom. Managment was very accommodating. The property is in a very nice area close to the eiffle tower and convenient to the metro. Management was wonderful with directions and overall assistance getting around. Property is clean, updated but the rooms are somewhat small but had all the essentials. Breakfast part of our package and was very good! Breakfast staff (female) was rude and noisy. Overall, good stay in a convenient area.

One staff was rude and she kept on asking us to leave the breakfast as it was beyond 10.30 am. Finally, me, my wife and my 1.5 years old had to leave breakfast without finishing it. She could have asked us politely rather than being rude with us.

Ideal as it was close to the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately the nearest train station was down. One staff member was extremely rude and the room we were originally in the lock on the door didn’t work, meaning people could enter without a hotel card. This meant we had to swap rooms. Bed sheets didn’t even get changed.

Nice reception area. Small basic room. There was mild above the shower which wasn’t great. After paying for breakfast and confirming on arrival, when eating breakfast on the 2nd day they tried to tell me I didn’t have breakfast included. Eventually they just let us carry on but didn’t apologise.

DO NOT STAY HERE! SMALL ROOMS, RUDE STAFF, WATER!

A complete nightmare! Water pouring out the light fixture, ac and wifi does not work, rude staff, refused to let us check out the first night. 2nd the hotel was fully booked, Water was pouring out of our bathroom lights, We asked them to refund And let us stay somewhere else, They offered us another Room and they were going to send the guest that was supposed to be and that Room to a different hotel. Their reasoning was we were already there, When we explained that we were uncomfortable, felt imprisoned by the small room, no working wifi, they said they would talk to the manager. The manager refused refunding anything. The rooms are also extremely small. All in all a nightmare and glad its over!

Was clean excellent location with store and restaurant close to the hotel. The employees was nice. Air condition was not cold enough, no ice machine and the room is very small.

Great Service and Location

Located within 2 minute walk to a metro stop and 12 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Service was OUTSTANDING. Everyone was very nice and spoke superb English. The AC worked perfectly as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, a few inconveniences

Hotel was in a very convenient location and we found several wonderful breakfast and dinner options within an easy walking distance. Location to the metro and the Eiffel Tower were great. However, the a/c didn’t cool (but we were at a time of year where opening the window was an easy fix), the room smelled heavily of cologne when we first arrived (again, the window was an easy fix), and the shower could certainly have been cleaner.

The Hotel is very central and only a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of bistros and restaurants all around. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room :) We got there early and were able to leave our bags so we could explore before checking in. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very rude especially the lady that served us breakfast. Our check out was at noon and we requested one more hour and they were not cooperating with us at all.

The service was pathetic. They didn’t change the mugs and tissues when cleaning the room. The cleaner entered the room without knocking one day, though apologised later. They charged us for the charging converter, though refunded the money once we returned the converter. There was a dead roach in our room one evening. Their is no aircon, though that’s not their fault but the rooms are so tiny and stuffy that it can be quite unbearable on a sunny day, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for summers. The only plus is it’s location. It’s around 10-12 minuets walk for the Eiffel Tower and almost every major location is within a walking distance (around 30 minutes).

I was on the first floor. The room was hot and the air conditioner did not work very well, even on full blast. It felt like it was just moving warm air around. The room was also very small for the money but I guess that's what you get when you try to be close to the Eiffel Tower. On the plus side, the hotel staff were very nice and the breakfast was actually pretty good. If I ever stay here again, it would most likely be only because of its location... and it happens to be a bit cheaper than the others.

This is the second visit to this hotel, the position is excellent and the hotel itself is compact but extremely comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice remodeled/updated hotel. Close to the metro station and within a 10 minute walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The only flaw is that the tub is quite narrow and slippery. The room was quite small but I think that's expected for Paris. Overall, happy with the stay since we had a great deal!

The property was close to the Eiffle Tower. The hotel was hot, no air condition on, had to leave the doors open.

Nice hotel close to metro station and shops and restaurants with English speaking staff. Windows opened wide to a glass balcony style section which would’ve been great with a nicer view and bed was very squeaky and felt a little wobbly but aside from that everything was good!
